RULES
  • BOOKING AND PAYMENT
    • When booking, you MUST specify the payment method: individual or legal entity.
    • The prepayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation or rescheduling.
    • For bookings from 1 to 4 hours, a deposit equal to one hour rental is required.
    • For bookings of 4 hours or more, 100% prepayment is required.
  • STUDIO USE GUIDELINES
    • No more than 6 people are allowed in the studio at the same time, plus the photographer and videographer. Larger groups must be approved in advance.
    • If you plan to arrive more than 15 minutes before your session, please let us know ahead of time.
    • The cyclorama can only be accessed with clean indoor shoes. Photographer and videographer are provided with shoe covers.
    • If your shoes have black soles, they must be taped to prevent scuff marks on the cyclorama.
    • Photoshoots with animals, confetti, smoke, or candles must be discussed in advance.
  • RESPONSIBILITY
    • The client is responsible for any damage to equipment, decor, or furniture.
    • If the cyclorama is stained or damaged, the client must cover the cost of cleaning or repainting.
    • We are not responsible for any forgotten belongings.
    • After the shoot, all equipment, decor, and furniture must be returned to their original place in the same condition.

  • ADDITIONAL INFO
    • To save time during your rental, please inform us in advance of any specific equipment, lighting, furniture you need — we’re happy to prepare it for you.
    • We do not guarantee perfect sound quality (possible echo).
    • The person who books the studio is responsible for informing the entire team about our rules.
  • CATERING DURING LARGE SHOOTS
    • If your team (5+ people) plans to eat (catering, food & drinks delivery), please follow these rules:
    • Food must be consumed neatly without affecting the cleanliness of studio areas.
    • After the meal, your team is responsible for collecting and disposing of all trash.
    • All waste must be taken away — the studio does not provide waste removal for large catering orders.
    • This rule does not apply to small shoots with minimal packaging.
