RULES
  • BOOKING AND PAYMENT
    • When making a booking, it is MANDATORY to specify the payment method: individual or legal entity.
    • The advance payment serves as a guarantee for reserving the date and time of the photoshoot and is non-refundable.
    • Rescheduling is possible only once and only if the studio is notified at least 6 calendar days before the scheduled date. In case of cancellation or rescheduling notification less than 6 days in advance, the advance payment is not refunded and is considered used.
    • When booking the studio for 1 to 3 hours, a deposit equal to one hour of rental is required.
    • For bookings exceeding 3 hours, a 50% advance payment of the total rental amount is required.
  • STUDIO USE GUIDELINES
    • Up to six people may be present in the studio at the same time, plus the photographer and the videographer. If a larger number of participants is expected, this must be agreed upon in advance with the administration.
    • If you plan to arrive more than 15 minutes before the start of the photoshoot, please inform us in advance.
    • Changeable footwear is mandatory for working on the cyclorama. Street shoes are not allowed on the cyclorama, even if they are washed or wiped. Please prepare changeable footwear in advance. Shoe covers are provided for the photographer or videographer.
    • If the changeable footwear has black soles, they must be taped to avoid marks on the cyclorama. Photoshoots involving animals, confetti, smoke, or candles must be approved in advance.
    • To save your rental time, please inform us in advance about the required equipment, lighting, and furniture — we will be happy to prepare everything for you.
  • LIABILITY
    • The client is responsible for any damage to equipment, decor, or furniture.
    • In case of contamination of the cyclorama, the client is obliged to compensate for the damage. Responsibility for paying for repainting or cleaning the cyclorama lies with the person who booked the studio.
    • The administration is not responsible for forgotten items.
    • At the end of the photoshoot, the photographer is required to return all decor elements, furniture, and equipment to their original places and in the condition in which they were provided.
    • The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that the entire team is familiar with the studio rules.

  • CATERING DURING PHOTOSHOOTS
    • If food consumption in the studio is planned during the photoshoot (catering, food and beverage delivery, etc.) with a team of 5 people or more, please observe the following conditions:
    • Food must be consumed carefully, without compromising cleanliness in the studio areas.
    • After lunch or a break, the team must independently collect all waste (packaging, food leftovers, drinks, etc.).
    • All waste must be taken with you — the studio does not provide removal or disposal of large amounts of waste after catering shoots.
    • This rule is introduced to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all studio guests.
    • This rule does not apply to small shoots with a minimal amount of packaging.
Thank you for respecting our studio policies.
Sincerely, Romanov Studio Management
