• The studio is open from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

• The studio is open on weekends by appointment only.

• When booking the studio for more than 2 hours or when booking a photo shoot with a studio photographer, a deposit of 50% of the booking value is required.

• The deposit is non-refundable if the photo shoot is rescheduled or canceled. The minimum rental duration is 1 hour.

• Use of the studio begins at the reserved time and ends 10 minutes before the end of the reservation.

• Payment can be made by an individual (cash or card) in the local currency (RON) or by a legal entity (with 100% prepayment).

• Entry to the studio is only allowed with clean-soled shoes or disposable shoe covers, which will be provided by the administrator.

• For clients posing on a paper backdrop or cyclorama, clean-soled shoes are required. Otherwise, adhesive tape (provided by the administrator) will be needed, including for black soles.

• The room is permitted to hold up to 7 people; for more than 7, an additional fee of 50 RON per person is required.

• Photo shoots with pets, confetti, smoking, or candles in the studio must be agreed upon in advance with the studio administration.

• Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee clean audio recordings due to possible echo in the room.

• If you break or damage something in the studio, you must pay for the repair or replacement of the damaged item.

• The studio is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.

• The paper backdrop is a consumable item and is rolled out up to a marked point by the studio administrator. If you damage the backdrop (tear, stain, cut, etc.), you are obligated to pay for the damaged part: 30 RON per meter. If you damage the cyclorama, you are obligated to pay for the damages.

• The renter is fully responsible for any damage or breakage of studio equipment and accessories and must compensate for any losses. At the end of the shoot, the equipment will be checked by the administrator.

• The studio offers rental equipment (by prior arrangement).

• The photographer is required to return all decorative elements, furniture, and lighting sources used in the studio in the condition they were provided.

• To save rental time, please inform us in advance of the lighting sources, equipment, and furniture you need—we will be happy to prepare them for you.

• The person who booked the studio is responsible for informing all participants about our rules.
